They complete the MiniRoos coaching accreditation and gain experience by planning and delivering sessions for primary school students. Students also organise and manage a primary school football tournament, developing leadership, communication, and event planning skills. ICT is used to produce a football CV and highlights video to support students pursuing pathways in high-level competition.
